By booking services with Mayflame Pet Sitting Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide pet sitting and related animal care services as described on our website. Each booking will be confirmed in writing (email or text).

2. Owner Responsibilities

  • You must provide full and accurate information about your pets, including health conditions, behaviours, dietary needs, and emergency contacts.

  • Pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments (where applicable).

  • You must provide all food, medications, and equipment required for the duration of the booking.

3. Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet. All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • Mayflame Pet Sitting Services is fully insured through BHS Gold Member Insurance.

  • We cannot accept liability for illness, injury, loss, or death of any pet, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • Owners remain responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any damage caused by their pets.

5. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service may be charged in full.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Mayflame Pet Sitting Services is based in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire, but I’m happy to travel further afield where possible. Whether you need pet sitting, equestrian care, or house sitting, I’d love to chat about how I can help.
